APRTF Bitter Aperitif, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup, Mulled Wine Float, Lemon Peel Garnish
Ingredients
Aprtf Bitter Aperitif - 50ml
Lemon Juice - 25ml
Simple Syrup - 12.5ml
Mulled Wine Float - 25ml
Lemon Peel Garnish
Method
Add the APRTF, lemon juice and syrup to a shaker filled with ice and shake. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Pour in the mulled wine using a barspoon to float it on top of the cocktail.
Garnish with a lemon peel.
