Bitter Grapefruit Sour
APRTF Bitter Aperitif, Fresh Grapefruit Juice, Fresh Lemon
Juice, Simple Syrup, Aquafaba
Ingredients
APRTF Bitter Aperitif - 40ml
Fresh Grapefruit Juice - 40ml
Fresh Lemon Juice - 20ml
Simple Syrup - 12.5ml
Aquafaba (liquid from can of chickpeas, as a vegan alternative)
Method
Add all the ingredients to a shaker and dry shake to whip the aquafaba and combine the ingredients. Then add ice and shake again to chill.
Double strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a grapefruit peel.
